NTEK ISN'T DONE.
If NTEK's action was a one time event they would have just announced it. Instead they filed and then sheltered the content.
That means that they filed the first part of a larger transaction to satisfy a legal filing requirement..while they prepare for the next steps.
It means that when NTEK is ready to talk to us, it is going to be a multi-part transaction.

Deals for content, Disney...
Deals for distribution..TMobile...
New money partners
Our management is not only super smart, they are warriors. If they are going to do an RS, it is going to be part of a blockbuster...
And the Shorts are the grease that will make all of the parts work well together. I would hate to be short today.
