Cannot think of another reason other than an audit. Why bother with this apparent trivial matter of 52K now a whole 3 years later..
All the pieces of our dream scenario are coming together. The 5 bagger we have witnessed from the recent lows will be a mere hiccup relative to the moon shot that is coming.
