Jim Sinclair just CONFIRMED that I am right......
about 1 of the 4 items.
I have been saying SFRX misstated item 83 in the original complaint. Someone that SFRX identified in the Interrogatories said Jim Sinclair told him gold coins were found and the Captain's wife was identified, and Mr. Sinclair gave him the lineage. Turns out that was a false statement. And just so you know, the person that made that statement provided excerpts from the original complaint 11 hours after it was filed electronically in Hillsborough County.
I love the written word.
Here was the excerpt:

This is from the law suit involving ********
83. In actuality to the above portion of the post, there was readily available
information to ******** that there was treasure in the form of actual coins from such wreck that is the subject of such site. As a matter of fact, it was one of SEAFARER’s actual archaeologists who made recoveries on such site. And in fact there were three platters that were found on such site, which included the name of the wife of the very Captain of the ship being pursued. All such matters are were publicly available from the State of Florida records that were publicly available. The site in issue is a known site, far removed from the falsities that ********* posts.
Here's my email to Mr. Sinclair.

subject: Canaveral Permit Site Questions
Good day Mr. Sinclair,
I obtained the application for Area A2 from the FBAR which contains your research design. On page 5 of your report two platters were said to be inscribed with the name of a woman. You describe her as being upper class or of nobility, but I have seen reports it was actually the Captain's wife's name inscribed. Can you clarify?
I linked the application obtain from Ms.Glowacki: https://www.scribd.com/doc/299332582/2014-05-...on-Area-A2
Also, have any gold coins ever been found at the site? I have seen reports you actually found them on the permitted site. If so, have you been able to date the coins and would they be consistent with what would be on the 1715 fleet?
Thank you for your time.
Regards,
His response. Notice he copied Kyle on the email, but I won't share the address.

Mr. SCM (edited),
If you have read my research design, you have the best data that you can get. Certainly the best historical data that we have been able to come up with from the archival sources. To my knowledge, no gold coins have come from the site , if you have evidence to the contrary, I would be happy to see it. the Cannon and the platters recovered from the site as well as the pistol are all consistent with the 1715 time period.
There is a lot of information that goes around about various projects. Not all is accurate,
Thanks
Jim Sinclair
I got Mr. Sinclair's email address from his research design in Seafarer's application for area A2. That also confirms I have the right documents.
