I have been quite for one reason only, working with the SEC.
Everyone has posted what they think and what is not true.
So this is my last statement before we get the decision from the SEC.
The website is working fine............
The Business Phone works fine..........
I have not moved still at same location..............
I want to thank more people for Contacting ADEQ and complaining that I am still mining without a permit, all anonymous of course, no real people actually calling and telling. All equipment, tarps, crushers, colliders, ton sacks, and whatever else still in Mining Global possession. But no work being done at this time.
Also the calls keep coming in to SEC, that is fine, numbers and names were given, so make your calls. I am working with them not against and have given them what they need for them to review, this process doesn't take a day especially when people claim I took hundreds of thousands in Stock Sales. Whatever there decision is I will show everyone, and when everyone reads that I didn't receive a dollar from stock sales people will still makeup something, last time for this statement, No paycheck for 24 months, no personal stock sales so keep up the good work.
So IHUB, your not my concern, keep up all the pictures and statements no problem not mad anymore about it, its all about the shareholders and what they have spent with there hard earned money.
Finally,
I did make some bad moves over the 2 years and a should admit them now!
1). The wells at Keystone, there is 1 well registered by the state and the others were not legal and they were there before I got there, so I am wrong there is not 7 wells on Keystone, there is 1. Sorry about that.
2). All the equipment is real and not at some made up place.
3). Congress was not a good move without all the correct permits and after it being explained to me, that was another bad move on my part, but at this time it doesn't matter due to no more involvement with the Congress Mine.
4). Ghana- Real company, real land, real equipment and REAL Gold.
So in my final statement until I get the findings from the SEC, I will still take calls and still work away, I DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO BUY A SHARE, this is not a sales pitch, this is just information for all the shareholders.
