It's always reassuring to hear from the Lt.
Also, I'm glad to see that the hearing has been postponed and a prehearing conference scheduled.
Prehearing conferences can serve a few different purposes and oftentimes they are used to settle a case. I hope that's the situation in this circumstance so that Barry and Baltia can put it behind them and concentrate on the big picture. Either way, it looks like both parties want to resolve this matter sooner than later.
