I would only be taking a guess. Her background before being appointed was primarily criminal law. So I don't expect here to jump to the easy conclusion right away. I would say if she hasn't ruled by end of next week she may take on the oral arguments just to clear some things up she may not have been able to gather from the information submitted. She doesn't appear to drag things out from her background, so I would suspect it wont take her a long time rule once she is confident she has given both sides equal and ample opportunity. She is also not known for granting extensions so rosen actually lucked out getting that. With that being said if she comes to the conclusion that they wasted the courts time she will rule accordingly.
