"Hundreds of thousands of gallons of in spec fuel
Post# of 43064
That "fuel" produced is certainly where the rift between the skeptics and the believers originates.
It's very possible to turn a solid fuel like plastic, wood, paper, tires and even municipal solid waste into a liquid fuel. Use heat to break some molecular bonds and the smaller molecules start to roll over each other. That's science. Anyone can do it.
Now the economics--there's the rub. If Mr. Heddle was able to put out a few sentences saying the best case of what went into the processor (cost, quantity) and what exactly came out (quantity, price received) showing the process had actual value, you and other shareholders would immediately be rich. However I'm sure you and all shareholders already know that--you just don't want to entertain the notion that Mr. Heddle is hiding the results because the process has no value. I know that because shareholders always fall silent when I bring up the fact that Mr. Heddle is strangely silent on telling the world, in real, objective terms, how wonderful this 'disruptive technology' is supposed to be.
Is there any flammable solid feedstock out there anywhere which PTOI's processors can turn into a liquid fuel worth more than the feedstock?? That's the question which divides skeptics and believers and also where PTOI will never provide any more clarity. Who's right, the skeptics or the believers?? Only Mr. Heddle and Mr. Bordynuik know and their lips are sealed. What's the solution given that a cat has Mr. Heddle's tongue?? Is the only the solution to continue to wait and to continue to process new carrots about partnerships and potential sales??
