This is a bit concerning. If there was a deal or sales why dilute more? The silence from management and then boom more shares issued for funds is not a great outlook. My buddy says he is dumping out today and taking a loss. I have to say, this one is a bit unsettling for me. If all was good and contracts are signed and dots are selling then there is no need to dilute. All we have for news now is this..... Frustrating.
