Just my thoughts on what I think is happening and

If Boeing were to manufacture 1,000 planes per year - that would require on average 3 million spherical bearings. At an average selling price of $167 per bearing, if the analysts calculations in the above article are right, Boeing will need to purchase around $501,000,000 worth of spherical bearings. If TPAC were to acquire 5% of that demand, we're talking $25,050,000 in annual revenues from that alone. Currently Billion Tech Limited's facility is setup to produce $25-40 million in annual revenues, to double production would require a $50,000 investment and 6-12 weeks of time. It should be noted that the facility has the capability to exceed $200 million in annual production, if required. I believe Bill also mentioned in last July's conference call - that finding top-quality machinist shops are 'a dime a dozen' in China. So, as far as meeting Boeing's ever-growing supply demand - I have no concern at this point in time. To conclude this topic and 'put the icing on the cake' or so to speak, I just want to include this tweet:

Expect term sheet from I bankers. Financing would allow 4-5 strategic acquisitions in China. Targets can get Boeing qualification thru TPAC
Now, lets switch topics.. We know Bill is in China, meeting with AVIC / possibly AVIC Guangdong , Align Aerospace, Hong Kong investors, and Projen. Let's discuss Projen. The last tweet in regards to this, was about forming a possible partnership. We know the following per the recent 10-K filing:
Quote:Could TPAC be securing the $1 million it needs in financing for what im assuming will be used for production operations through a partnership with Projen? If so, will the HK investors that are providing 'term-sheet' financing, provide the capital the company needs to complete the '4-5 strategic acquisitions'?
However, we expect that we will need to raise at least $1 million of capital, or to develop a strategic partnership, through which the partner will contribute working capital, in order to better develop international marketing and production.
Hmm.. Excited yet?
Ok, so lets move on to the P.O... Yes, the P.O that is scheduled for delivery EOM March. Anyone figure out who this P.O is for? I think it was right in front of our faces the whole entire time..
Quote:Hmm, I wonder what Aerospace firm that would have any possible relevance be located near Los Angeles? - https://www.google.com/maps/dir/Los+Angeles+I...34.2360619 , http://www.alignaero.com/ . If I'm correct, TPAC just completed it's first MAJOR $100k P.O for Align Aerospace!!! An entity owned by. . . AVIC!

@TPACbearings
Flight to LA today. Lots accomplished. Parts almost completed for PO. I'll have follow-up meetings in USA . Will have in-depth update soon
OK.. Now lets discuss AVIC.. We know that Bill is meeting with them in China sometime soon.. What for though..? I think it's for a JV - which may lead into long term P.O's! Now that we have manufactured our first significant order for what I believe is AVIC's entity - Align Aerospace, I think we have met their pre-requisite!

But not AVIC Harbin. That deal is dead. They would not come to terms. We are continuing discussions with Guangdong AVIC group
Quote:
AVIC Harbin is the preeminent aerospace bearing manufacturer in China. With over 3 million square feet of manufacturing space under roof and state-of-the-art machinery and equipment, AVIC Harbin is in a position, through the JV with TPAC, to provide first in class quality bearings to the worldwide aerospace industry. AVIC Harbin is AS9100 approved and manufactures key components for the COMAC C919. Its parent, AVIC, has as its major OEM customers Boeing, Airbus, Embraer and Bombardier. TPAC anticipates its AVIC Harbin JV will enjoy the same customer base that currently exists with AVIC. AVIC has sales in excess of $45 billion USD annually, through its various divisions, including AVIC Harbin. TPAC and AVIC Harbin expect to finalize a JV agreement sometime during the third quarter of 2014 and immediately move forward with the qualification of the Harbin facility. TPAC anticipates revenue shortly after the finalization of the JV with potential first year revenue of $10 million USD+.

With all these extremely talented and well seasoned aerospace professionals on board, did you think it was going to be wasted? I believe Bill has a master plan and it is literally unfolding right before us..
In My Opinion
