The 6 million dollars come from a rough cost of buying back 2 billion shares on the open market. Those are common shares owned by someone. The supply and demand factor is included meaning if the financials are such he actually makes this company viable again, the supply will cost him a lot of money. The demand could cost him $.04/share. That is a lot of money. I am bashing this stock but yet I am not. I want a filing from the CEO stating he will not do a r/s. It is so easy to say it and then 6 months or a year later, he does it. No private investment in there right mind would invest in a company like this. I was going to buy today but took a second hard look at the past that I have seen. The honesty level just doesn't make the mark. Philcheese left this stock behind because of the dishonesty of Matt from what I could tell. He was a big time proponent of this company and I don't see him on the chat board anymore. He was bashing Matt on another board. That as well is what made me decide not to invest.
