Bgall...I am out of posts. Will be posting more on the hub. Yes...nice to see and it was not bad. Looks like they paid off a lot of debt with shares...note said over 880mil shares issued for debt. 1.5bil is not a lot. They still have half left to use for Mergers and Acquisitions so good deal. Hoping for a follow up letter from the company on when this will be filed with the SEC.
