10K out! BOOM we had sales in 2015!
Get this..
Since 2012 Spectrascience sold $707,000 worth of consoles to PENTAX.
Lets do the math:
Between June 2012 and today, there were 1398 days.
SCIE sold $707,000 worth of product within that time period.
That comes out to be $505 EVERY day, including weekends, for 1,398 days straight. Sure its spread out, but that's less than 4 years! It's only 3 years and 9 months! And this was spread out because they were still doing trials and setting up the final stages for distribution.
Think about it.. the $707,000 worth of product sold is out there; somewhere. It's being used. And once sales really start to rev up, SCIE will probably be bringing in $707,000 or more a year.
For 2015, SCIE had $6,600 in sales!
Wait, is $6,600 in sales not enough for you? What's better? $0 in sales or $6,600. WHOO HOO!
It's a start! and hey, remember, no one is forcing anyone to stay invested.
NONE of the 62 holders of convertible debentures served notice! THIS IS UNHEARD OF! These 62 people know SCIE will be worth much more and are waiting to cash in on bigger profits.
Get this..as of March 29, 2016 there are 800 shareholders of record. That's great because the last 10K also had around 800 shareholders. This means long term investors are still holding strong and are not selling.
667 million outstanding shares. That's a great number! I know countless OTC stocks with no product in the BILLIONS of shares. This is a perfect number for SCIE to work with in this upcoming year.
All of the $6,600 sales were from PENTAX which means PENTAX is working on selling the product in Europe. Now that we are in 2016, things are going to slowly begin to move forward.
and guess what we get to look forward to in May? The 10Q! Yet another filing! And more than likely we'll get yet another PR in April and/or May! Even more information which will help boost the PPS.
So, its obvious SCIE is at the end of the trials period, yet is still in the trials period. This is ok in my book because the last thing I want is to have the WavSTAT4 sold around the world only to have the product recalled because it failed. So.. do all the trials they want! Get it right the first time!

Scrolling down to Patents section, it says the LUMA patents had an average life of 16 years. This means SCIE still has SIX YEARS left of owning the patents to this technology!! THIS IS HUGE! we have SIX YEARS left to work with before anyone can copy SCIE's tech. meaning? Possibility of an acquisition, buyout, or simply own the tech and rule the market.
SCIE has 30 WavSTATs ready to role out to Germany and the UK. More sales to come.
I cant wait to read hotstocked.com's review of how horrendous SCIE's 10K is. Whenever I need a good laugh I read their site.
Depreciation expense is good. Lower than 2014.
Although everyone has the right to complain, in my opinion, only comments from those who read the 10K in its entirety hold water. SCIE did exactly what they said they would do. They had sales in 2015. The company is still doing trials, they have convertible debentures, but the holders aren't cashing in.
Let me reiterate:

In all, I believe SCIE is a company meant for serious long term investors and will greatly reward those with the patience and the fortitude to wait. For right now, I look forward to short term investors selling their shares and looking for another stock which will make them a 'million dollars' in 6 days or less. These sold shares will end up in stronger hands and, as the company continues to grow, these shares will be worth a lot more. All in good time fellow longs!
