"Why at this time would Cellceutix file an IND with the FDA for an Ulcerative proctitis trial if the trial is limited to an overseas site?"
Leo's response:
"As I said, the poster has no knowledge of clinicaltrials.gov and now I must assume he has no knowledge on how to build a successful biotech company."
