I was thinking Brilacidin -- that article CTIX posted on the website about the non-compliance of skin infection patients with long courses of antibiotics, and your observation about the dermatology reference taken together looked like a Brilacidin hint to me. But you're right, maybe the dermatology thing is a Prurisol reference.
