The company may not respond to me. That's fine. I simply gave them an opportunity to correct the record they claimed I misspoke about.
When I present the evidence at trial, maybe they'll tell the Judge, "hey, we're SFRX. We don't have to answer to nobody."
Is that they way you think it works?
Thanks for posting court documents I have shown to be false, less that 12 hours after they were filed with the Court. That was fast. Great work. Of course it wasn't as fast the guy that posted 3 items 2 weeks before it was PR'd, but great work none the less.
It will be interesting seeing who all these shareholders are that won't Kyle to file a lawsuit.
I wonder if it's the same one's that claim to be holding out for $2. Or have business dealings with Craig Huffman.
We'll find out soon enough....I suppose. Maybe.
