You put this on the board, so I assume you are opening it up to the members here on the board to comment on, not just the company. Your letter to them did that, so this must mean you want input from us too. Right?
I’m not representing the company here, as I’m just an investor in their common stock like the rest of the majority of people here, but here are some things I see that show you saying things not true and yet not correcting them. Oh, and just looking at things that you have written since February.

Kyle stated somewhere in that pile of paperwork against that other pest poster that he and his family have sold ZERO shares over the years. Yet you accuse his PR of being a pump and dump scheme. Accusing a criminal act, even with the knowledge that no shares have been sold. Yep, that alone might constitute libel in most judges eyes. I guess we’ll have to wait and see if it is so.

You again accuse him of a specific activity, and have a specific conclusion stated as a fact. This time on a legal issue where I’m not sure you have the wherewithal to know that as a fact. You come to a conclusion that is … in my humble opinion … a potentially libelous statement saying flat out that what they are doing is abuse of process. In spite of the courts Not saying that. I would think that is probably a statement in error on your part. Or at least above your pay grade. Care to correct it?

Calling it phony might be something you will have to prove in court, if you are asking for specific things you have said that are not true and might cause the company to say you are disparaging them. This sure seems like a disparagement to ME, and yet no evidence behind your bold statement.

There you go again. Obvious? Well, I hope you can support the word obvious if it comes down to that. Obvious to YOU? How? Was the state involved too, since part of the pump was getting a permit from them? Maybe Mary bought some shares and then sold them for a profit? WHo DID this "obvious" dumping after the pumo of getting a permit? Was it Kyle, or just his family? The lenders were maybe told to dump based on the cannon announcement? Good luck proving that! yet you boldly state it as a fact that was obvious to you.

It can be, and your statement that it is not shows you think you know more than the financial guys who put these things together, right? Showing that you can raise money from investors CAN be a way to show financial ability to pay for a search. IN fact, it sounds like a GOOD way to show ability to pay. The state seems to have agreed with that. Yet “you” say it is not. “It isn’t an accurate portrayal of one’s financial ability”. Care to correct that? Defend that?

So glad you told us the process is over, the countdown is done, and Kyle failed. The company says otherwise, and for you to flat out say “Kyle failed to get 3 permits” means you must have more information than the rest of us do. You do not say that the permits are delayed, in the works, still pending, or running into problems. Just failed, and it is OVER (caps yours). Glad you told us, because what you say is in direct opposition to what the company says. Or is what you say possibly WRONG? If so, is it actionable as libel? I guess that's the question, isn't it? Maybe you better email Mary again to get an update to make sure the countdown is OVER??
Oh, and this one is real damaging, IMHO.

You again flat out state that a permit is not pending. You confirmed witht he state that the “rumor” of a pending permit is false. MAJOR news, and stating that on their board is again in direct conflict with the statements of the company. Using the authority of the STATE as your source to say there are no permits? BOLD. NO worries there? You feel good that there are no permits? You have that knowledge? Sounds like another problem post for you. Hey, you posted this to the board, so good insight like this should be a benefit to you. Show you where you might want to make those corrections. SOunds like they gave you the option to stop posting these terrible things and they might not come after you. this gives you some direction s to which things they might want you to correct.

I haven't seen a single one of those lenders post here yet, so that statement is false all by itself. But the rest of it? Mary confirmed it? You didn’t interpret things to your own bias and come to that conclusion in error, did you? No permits pending? Really? You sure state a lot of things that seem to be … oh what is it that numerous people have said you have done to their posts … oh yeah. You TWIST what they say. That’s their own reply to your response to their posts. They post something, you reply with a weird twist, and they have to SAY you twisted what they said. You couldn’t have done it here too, could you?
Okay, my plans are changed. I was going to show you just February and March where you have said things that might need “correcting”, since you said you would correct things you were wrong about. But, there are SO MANY things you were wrong about that I can’t get through them all. And I have to get to work. So I’ll stop with only these few things in my post. Even before your amazing statements like that "Kyle is a sociopath". WOW. That one’s gonna hurt. But, I don’t have the time NOR the desire to get into all your posts that seem to be a potential problem for you since there are so many. Good luck with this.
