NTEK's fastest route to NASDAQ. They will need an average market capitalization over the past 12 months is at least $850 million, and revenues over the prior fiscal year are at least $90 million.
A. .50 cents will put NTEK at 895 million. That's including the remaining 52 million or so shares in the AS. If they have to RS 1:4 after they reach .50 cents to get to the $2.00 minimum so be it but the revs will already be there.
B. Blow out this years revenue figures of 72 million
Boom, uplist and be done with all this nonsense that we've dealt with for so long.
Those of you who've said we need to RS because too many shares will keep the stock from moving....Wrong! Proven in back to back days with intraday gains of nearing 75%. NTEK can and will have 100% gains in the not so distant future.
Those of you who've said we need to RS to attract new investors because no one would buy a penny stock this low....Wrong! Case in point, Liberty Media invested in Sirius and saved them from bankruptcy when they were at a .05 cents. They trade near $4.00 pps today and I believe they have 5 billion or so shares outstanding.
We are still so incredibly under valued right now its disgusting. Anything less than .10 cents is an absolute bargain. Now that the stock has started to move you'd really be crazy to sell. It'd be like selling a million dollar winning lottery ticket for a couple hundred bucks.
