Price Gouging Gasoline, The How to Guide to making a 200% profit

With the acronym K.S.S. in mind, I'll do just that, Keep it Simple Stupid!
The National Average for a Gallon of gas as of today from AAA's Daily Fuel Gauge Report is $2.04. http://www.fuelgaugereport.com/
So how can someone legally charge a consumer $5.95 a gallon of Regular Unleaded?
I was wondering the same thing, but I guess it's legal in Florida as long as you have a sign showing the price.
So if you're looking to make at-least 200% profit off each gallon of gasoline sold, here's the 3 things you'll need to do in order for it to work and be legal;
1. Keep the sign off the main road so people will still stop.
2. Buy an extremely small sign. (nothing like all the other gas stations in the world that are trying to get consumers to actually see it)
3. Place a small Scrub Tree in front of the sign leading towards the entrance blocking the drivers ability to actually see the sign.
If you do all that & happen to be located in a heavy traffic area in Orlando, you can have people unknowingly buying a gallon at a time before they even notice the price as they're pumping. (FacePalm)
