I don't know. Maybe if BCAP held up its part of their agreement and funded Nathan properly everything would be current and everyone would be happy.
So, in the meantime Nathan is seeking other partners to fund him and take WOGI to the next level. If BCAP is owed anything I am sure they will be paid off in cash from future funding. I doubt very seriously they will ever receive any more equity. Very doubtful. and like I said, I am an investor in WOGI and I only care about WOGI.
