Yes, it's right around the corner. I hope he sees the post (well, I'm sure it'll get to him). If he's got any sense he'll start working on getting some believers again, and begin with filing the report. If he doesn't file the report or even file for extension... I'd say it's flame out for him and TDEY. IMO
