"Nobody I know thinks the shorting of NTEK shares is being done by retail clients who are borrowing shares to short. The abusive naked shorting here is being done by investment banks, hedge funds, insurance companies etc. who do not pay anything per share. Looking forward to the day they are forced to cover."
