Perspective: Top App downloads in the U.S. under the Entertainment category for iPad, Etch A Sketch HD, @ $2.99 a download, ranks 228th in total grossed and 151st in frequency of downloads. Entertainment category includes magazines such as People and US Weekly magazines (which are #1 and #2 grossing respectively).
Now, we're all familiar, perhaps too familiar, with OTC stocks that have phantom products and no revenues, but Freeze Tag is no joke. 228th in total gross is nothing to be dismissed and represents only one of their many titles.
Talking trends? Etch A Sketch HD moved up 149 spots on today's 'most grossed' chart, making it the 2nd highest mover in the Top 400.
