They got nothin' and Sullivan's response made it very clear. They can't possibly claim now that they were denied a chance to make their case. They CAN try to claim that they really really woulda been able to find something if they'd been allowed to take another bite of the apple -- but by doing so they are acknowledging that they didn't have enough to make a case when they first filed it.
I say have Sullivan file a complaint with the NY Bar Association to try to get all of them that signed their names to any of this garbage DISBARRED. And also, sue the Rosen firm for the damages.
For ease of calculation, call it 120 million shares. Stock was about $3 higher when Rosen announced their BS suit, so let's see, yeah, a modest $360 million sounds about right.
