I just finished it too. Lot's of cites refuting the cites in Rosen's Second Amended Complaint (SAC). Hard to know how convincing it will be to the judge without the benefit of a law degree and in-depth knowledge of the case cites. Hopefully the judge can see this pile of crap suit as just another CA firm's attempt to scam some money out of what they presumed would be an easy target. To me It seems that the fact that the initial complaint was announced within an hour or two of the Mako Research article would tell the judge all she really needs to know. It would be hard not to conclude some level of collusion between Mako and the Rosen firm. I hope that the latitude shown to the complainants by the judge during these preliminary motions was just to ensure that they were given every chance to make a coherent argument...then she drops the hammer on their sorry asses!
