Come on, now, Steve - my posts have been neither positive nor negative. I have clearly articulated my question, clearly stated that my position is my opinion, and then (most importantly), provided the thought process for arriving at my opinion. This is called "forming the basis for a discussion."
The purpose of a discussion is to discover new information, resolve uncertainties about existing information and to correct inaccuracies that have been communicated. Under that framework, I don't see a need to re-post information that has already been stated and resolved. However, since this is a discussion forum, I do see a need to bring up new thoughts and to offer/request insight about uncertain statements.
So take my most recent post for an example. You could have responded with facts that indicated the idea I offered up was not correct. Or you could have even provided your own opinion (using sound, justifiable logic) to offer a counter point. Instead, you just labeled me a basher (well, to be more accurate, you inferred I was a basher by challenging me to state five positive things about the company, and that in your mind, that would confirm to you that I'm a believer and supporter. I gave you six -- so I'm glad to know that I am now a confirmed believer and supporter in your mind.
