What Bill has been able to accomplish up to this p

As mentioned by my fellow board posters including mag1, putting this together across international boundaries and cultures made it even more challenging to say the least. Throw in the very demanding and challenging certifications they have successfully obtained.....no easy feat!!!! If it were, everybody would have them, right?
All of that together has impressed me a great deal and gained my sincerest respect. Bill is to be highly commended for his efforts and accomplishments. He has really worked his butt off!!! We should all remember that before we whine about things not progressing at a pace we impatient investors would want.
I've have researched hundreds and hundreds of OTC stocks in my life. I have watched most fail in getting even 1/4th as far as TPAC has. The common denominator I have seen is incompetent/inexperienced management, greedy management that screws over and deceives investors to make a few bucks before moving on to the next scam, companies that resort to toxic and highly dilutive financing, and companies whose ambitions are doomed because of competition or not knowing their market, failure to execute a business plan, etc etc. TPAC certainly stands in stark contrast by a long shot, imo. It is a rare gem in my eyes. It is still a risk as any investment like this is of course. It is my opinion that the risk factor is much lower than most other OTC stocks.
But, with the traditional reputation of OTC companies, it isn't hard to understand why many investors are hesitant to jump in deep just yet. I personally believe some deep pockets are on the sidelines watching right now. Once deals start getting approved, I believe the floodgates will open wide and the PPS will shoot north by leaps and bounds. I am betting on it with the shares I have bought so far. Again, I am looking at least 6-12 months in the future with my investment today. Depending on how well things actually go, most of these shares will remain in my portfolio for quite awhile.
There's my $0.02 for the day and weekend. I'll look forward to Monday.

Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing.
The investor of today does not profit from yesterday's growth.
We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful.
It's far better to buy a wonderful company at a fair price than a fair company at a wonderful price.
If a business does well, the stock eventually follows.
