It couldn't...it was already scheduled. that was the point. this was the discussion;
taking something out of context is simply this:
the parts of something written or spoken that immediately precede and follow a word or passage and clarify its meaning.

Wish that Cuba/Argentina trip was scheduled before this recent crap hit. He definitely lacks with regards to this and similar situations......and has the worst advisors in my opinion.
