And definitely lastly: As for Barry. In my opinion on all the following: The reason the market shook it off is because everyone knows the SEC will win. They beat everyone. Barry will pay a fine and get registered the next time. He's not the first or last person to raise money incorrectly. Everyone makes innocent mistakes. It's not like he defrauded investors by taking their money and buying lavish cars and homes. That is definitely prison worthy as we have seen with Family Airlines. Everyone is entitled to a percentage of fees raised. That is decided behind closed doors in contracts, not by some idiots who will never make $1.7 mil in 15 lifetimes. I know people that are happy to pay 7-8% on capital raised. Vc's took 60% of some billionaire founders. Maybe baltia got off cheap. If you are hanging your hats on that, yes, you are correct. Most likely Barry was wrong and most likely he will pay for it. I know people are innocent until proven guilty but I will go with that assumption as well. Hopefully Baltia will be such as success, that sometime in the future he will recoup it. More motivation imo. Baltia will move forward regardless. Ok. Probably made some mods nervous so I will stop.
