ICNM DD...
ICNM was a private company until 2011. It appears to have Reverse Merged into a company that filed to go dark in 2005 called Super Energy Holdings.
Below is a link to the OTC showing all filings up to Sept 30 2015. They became current on the OTC in 2014 and will be filing their 2015 10k to become SEC current. This will also explain what happened in 2011 when they went public. All of the ACTIVE filings are shown under the OTC link.
To see the inactive filings select the INACTIVE tab on the OTC link. At the bottom of the page you can see the former company's Form 15 that was filed. This is the company I believe they merged into.
They recently divested their B2B business and currently focus on operating subsidiaries that specialize in wireless infrastructure services. Per their Nov 2015 forecast they projected revenues of 13mil over the next 18 months and up to 3 acquisitions. This last part made me hesitate here. Their current revenues for 2015 will be about 250k and back in 2014 they were talking about acquisitions but I didn't read that they completed any. They also have a cumulative loss of 5.5mil.
