Awesome call and have always been in love with products - I just what to share what has happened in my prior investments over years and address only Jerry's mention of the future up - list to Amex which I'm sure late 2016 might be a tad too soon but well within reach 2017
I Highly suggest all longs here start making plans now - The following are numbers that are just an EXAMPLE of what I expect to happen going forward
Let's say we have solid year and close out end of year back at 30 cents.
To up list AMX they'll do a R/S (reverse split) which in this case a good thing. They could do a 10/1 R/S but that would just make the min requirement $3 so my guess would be a R/S about 15/1 which would be 4.50 or 20/1 $6
So If one has 1 mm shares @ 0.30 after the 15/R/S you'd have 66.667K shares worth $4.50 ea - If it was 20/1 you would have 50K shares worth $6 ea
The real beauty of this R/S is that even if I use the max authorized shares currently of 810MM @ 15/1 that would decrease shares to 54mm and @ 20/1 decrease to 40.5mm shares. This is a super low float and with funds then wanting in as we keep growing we'll literally be holding gold folks >
All the above are just for explanation of what would need to happen and one can adjust personal shares as well as closing price eoy to run ones own plan.
Jerry has we folks truly on the right path and I want all to be part of this success as I really believe we are on or way - don't pack bags for whatever floats your boat yet but rather keep this in focus how you are gonna manage this stock going forward.
