Post #285 shows a timeline for SCIE (it can be seen in one of the top 3 'blue' posts). It shows that the company is very good at putting out press releases. In another post, I mentioned my thoughts that one of the reasons for the major run a few years ago (which went almost up to .24 cents), occurred because investors were bombarded with PR after PR. I believe this may happen again this year.
We know the 10K is coming out. We know the 10-Q will be coming out the very next month in April. Seeing SCIE typically releases a PR at least once every three months, its assumed we will be getting at least one before the end of April or at the latest in May.
We know from the Crystal Research Associates, LLC article written August 5, 2015 (only 7 months ago), the company specifically mentioned they should be poised to commence sales in Europe and possibly Saudi Arabia in 2016. This is great because it gives investors some flexibility.
The 10K will show results for the 2015 year. If sales don’t show up on the 10K, we have the 10Q to look forward to. And seeing the above report said the company should be ready in 2016 is commence sales, we have the rest of this year to look forward to as well.
All of this can also be confirmed in the Marketwired - Aug 12, 2015 press release and the Crystal Research article.
The part of Crystal Research article which stood out to me the most was the sentence which reads:
We know SCIE acquired Oncoscope’s technology. It’s very possible that at the time the Crystal Research was article was written (in 2015), SCIE was already planning on acquiring Oncoscope; and this is why the article references ‘using a combination of next-generation, light-based technologies’ . This alone gives investors even more to look forward to.
And let us not forget that Oncoscope's technology cost Oncoscope almost $100 million dollars to develop ; which Spectrascience purchased for a steal of a deal at only $5 million (all of this is mentioned in another post). Just this fact should technically increase the value of the Spectrascience substantially .
In all, I believe (not investment advice; go talk to your broker before investing) investors have a lot to fall back on. Unlike many other pennystocks where investors never hear from the company, never receive updates, and never have anything tangible to look forward to, Spectrascience consistently give us updates (just look at the timeline post), we hear from the CEO, and we have numerous things to look forward to.
The Crystal Research article is a 48-page article on the company and is a very good read and goes into great detail about Spectrascience.
