I think they woudl leave CPD mobile as their own website, but he may have been talking about storing the data for the websites all on one server system.
The parent company, I guess it will be iTalk, one website with links to subsidiary pages, as far as a data center, not sure the scope of their business, if they have a onsite data center it may just be a couple of server racks in a cooled closet. They may be doing a cloud data center.
But if they are building and maintaining their own data center, this company is heading for the big time in my opinion. Not too many start up businesses have data centers, maybe through comcast at first.
I think we are all in for amazing surprise when all is released. Not a pink sheets company for sure.
