INCC / SJR Key Points To Consider.

The INCC shareholder date of record remains unchanged at March 31.

As previously stated, anyone interested in buying who hasn't yet done so should check with their broker for their own particular circumstances to check how many days prior must be allowed for settlement - probably up to 3 days with most brokers.

Holders of INCC shares - purchase settled - on March 31 will be entitled to get 1:1 free shares in SJR.

SJR will be a new company, without debt, with a different President to INCC.

INCC and SJR are completely different companies - different products - different financials.

A new ticker for SJR will be announced in due course.

Presumably a PR in due course will let INCC shareholders of record on the applicable date know if any action is required of them to prove ownership of the shares - usually no further action is required if NOBO.

Look out for updates to the SJR website or perhaps announcement of a new one to see what products will be available at launch.

Moving forward, SJR will sink or swim as a new company depending on performance - presumably it will open at a low price that can only get better over time. I have no idea how the opening price will be determined.

Provided SJR is a success - for the INCC holders who get SJR shares, the future performance of INCC could be considered as almost incidental although of course there isn't much downside from .0001 x .0002/3.
