Should be in the filing per the tweet. I will have to check. I remember an amount but it doesnt stick out. However, if $500K - that is significant for several reasons :

1 - It verifies that the brand is selling and and LTCG remains committed to brand/growth
2 - that is only one of the two products and recovery shot seems to have more momentum in the short term due to few competitors in that space and more specific, targeted appeal.

Since they have only really been pushing the energy shot since August - that is $500K in 6-7 months. Not bad. With SMS growth and name/brand recognition - that should be $1.5-2MM by EOY on energy alone. I dont see LTCG appeal outside US and Canada but I could be wrong.

As far as trial and not sbowing sign of weakness - that goes both ways. KBM has more to lose than $HJOE by having a target stuck on their back saying "free pass to get out of agreement. " HJOE has advantage due to prior precedent and bad acts committed bu KBM founders. Legally - it shohld be an interesting argument.

I still think the basis of argument should be coming to the table in bad faith/unclean hands. A bank doesnt give you a mortgage and then burn your house down to collect on the insurance while telling you they are tring to help. If they can prove that/set the foundation with prior bad acts and court proceedings - they have a very strong argument for usury and to counter and damages KBM claims. They know the number of shares they received and where they were converted (en masse based on SEC filings).

If HJOE is offered a sound settlement - they should take it and not try to be the one to put them out of bhsiness. Let the SEC do so. Today shows revenues are occurring and once they get current on filing and show full extent - stock price will start providing a future looking valuation instead of past.
