I cannot imagine HJOE lawyers would take this on a gamble. I expect HJOE is paying them. I expect this will go to a trial. HJOE is out for blood! Veal hates these toxic guys and they hate the company and have many times to tried to destroy its stock. If I was a gambling man and I am, I would say there will be a trial or at least go right up to a trial date before they settle. I think its a full on war and HJOE is not backing down. These guys just want stock and to grind the company to nothing. I don't see Veal letting that happen. They know if HJOE files and lets revenue out this thing is going north of Sunday, so that why they want the stock. Then they will diliute the hell out of it try to grind it short and get more. I think Veal and HJOE has had enough of there usuary games.
