Right now we're just getting tidbits of info from Bill. If TPAC would have been selling P.O.'s for a while with revenue posted from those sales on the last few quarterly reports then a small amount of news can support a sustained bump several or more ticks higher. The order that has been completed but is not due to ship for the next few days will not be "official" (on a 10-Q) until the next quarterly.
So these progress reports from Bill are great and they help us see the potential for TPAC going forward, but given our current situation waiting on the parts delivery and so forth, they bump the price a bit but then it's just not enough oomph behinf it and that's why we're seeing a wide spread on the Bid/Ask.
This pattern will definitely change for the better but unless some earth shattering news from Bill is released (the kind that could be posted on an 8-K), TPAC will be a little on the lethargic side for a while.
