AS is maxed... Most of float locked till a Penny plus agreed longs?.. I love it.. So Company cannot dilute until 6 months from Jan 29 or so.. So July min but I think they have a few pleasant surprises in for us. So as per CEO in filing he bought shares for investment purposes.
