He will not be allowed to have anything to do with ntgl in any capacity. The required licences for game manufacturers are pretty rigorous, even for minor roles, and there is simply no way he would be approved with his conviction. Once ntgl is spun off into its own entity though, I don't see any reason why he wouldn't be allowed to be involved with ntek, especially if he is not an officer.
