No it doesn't equal support. I like it because of the Russian push into the mining region of Ukraine(Donetsk). That's why I am inspired ... it's a big deal. It was a brilliant strategic move(tit for tat)...and there have not been many of those the past 8 years. It sets up a parlay after the brothers die...you know...the ones that have been ruling that country for over 50 years.
