I believe Dave has already expressed this exact same sentiment.

I think I read somewhere that Dave would prefer to focus on the technical aspects of the business and leave the running of the business to those with that specific skill set.

I would think Dave will still have significant influence on how things are done, like any member of a business / technical team. JMHO
