Sadly, the likes of WOGI and OTC's in general is very few are investments and the pumpers and bashers cash in at the expense of others. These penny land CEO's lie like rugs IMO. Too many of us prefer to see them as good people who have just caught a bad break. BCAP -> CYBK -> WOGI. What a soap opera.
