The good thing is that if investors can maintain the share price at the current $0.043 or higher then those shares which PTOI needed to provide as part of their fraud settlement and which are now being sold at 12,500 shares a day, are netting over twice as much per day for defrauded shareholders as the shares were netting when the share price was $0.02.
I still think Mr. Heddle is setting up for a heavy pump--investors are the only possible source of positive cash flow for PTOI. Some new intoxicating stories should get unwary investors to loosen their wallets and throw more of their money down the wishing well. It will be interesting to hear what new story Mr. Heddle uses to regale investors.
