Yes, I am personally aware of some 10 longs (retailers) that just like me own between 400k and 3 M shares....so just these guys/us semi-lock some 20M of the current ~51M float....clearly a situation where any positive (even if it was fluff PR) update multiplies the pps and solid news can create a stable 10-bagger in few trading days.
