$EXSFF....We certainly have a very busy Bullboard at Stockhouse.com, & thanks to all for the time you have taken to research & share your thoughts & ideas with the rest of us. The inevitable Tahoe takeover of LSG is close at hand. Virtually every possible scenario involving Teck, Goldcorp, Tahoe, Oban & the TPW GOLD deposit has been exhausted. Like a marathon, it looks like we are in the final stretch home. All should understand, however, that the Company’s Ogden Property, purchased from Knick about a year & a half ago is NOT a part of the TPW property, nor is it included in the Teck Earn-In Agreement.
During the PDAC, I had the opportunity to discuss the prospects at Ogden with a couple of the geologists manning the Explor booth. They indicated Explor’s drilling this season would start at the Ogden property. The geology is very similar to the TPW, so logically, the high grade GOLD should be in the +/-500meter neighbourhood. Explor’s geologists have been analyzing & interpreting all the details available to them for a number of weeks now, and are close to moving forward with drilling. The link should take you to the Knick website, where this 43-101 Report on the Ogden is still publicly available:

Chris Dupont and the boys seem genuinely excited about getting back on the ground, and seem really optimistic about what they’ll find. Obviously, with 113 out of 116 cores containing GOLD, at the TPW right next door, I’m inclined to have a lot of confidence in their choices of targets & share in their optimism.
In regards to the Company’s Kidd Creek Properties, and the intended costs of drilling at that location, Dupont is revisiting all materials relative to the geology, to be absolutely certain the team picks the very best target(s) before putting the drill into the ground. As a shareholder, I really respect that approach, knowing that he’ll always spend shareholders’ money wisely.
Given the realised, and anticipated move in GOLD this year, the imminent Ogden drilling, and the encroachment on the TPW by the majors, I find it incredibly short sighted that Mr. Anonymous would sell 3,400,000 shares in the last month alone, on the Toronto Venture Exchange (EXS). I know most of the major shareholders in the Company, so I must admit that I’m concerned about that. Is it possible that someone is intentionally trying to keep the price down, in preparation for a takeover offer? Seems a very odd coincidence that with the Tahoe/LSG deal so close to closing, that any sensible investor would sell their position with the vigor shown by this Pro Trader over the past few weeks. Having been around a very long time, I know the ‘big boys’ will do whatever they deem necessary to get what they want. Hopefully, EXS/EXSFF shareholders hold onto to their stock, and not be duped into giving it away at these ridiculous prices….
