INCC Share Structure.

A lot of nonsense gets posted about the INCC share structure elsewhere.

In round figures, the float available for retail buying is around 1B in theory but in practice I believe it is a lot less. I do know that longs secured quite a bit of it and I do not believe that they sold for a loss during the end-2015 period. They know, that at some point in the .0002>.0009 range, once all the 1-tick flipping is done, it will be more likely to see 10M or less on the ask at the next level up rather than 100M.

On the other side of the coin, anyone who has followed INCC since Summer 2014 knows that there has always been shorting going on to some degree - as evidenced by the illogical sells at various points, the 5-decimal place prices and the army of bashers on iHub suspected of being associated with these activities - ranging in size from 5>50. That's why almost no longs post on iHub. It would be a mistake to assume that a lack of posts means a lack of buyers.

Due to the flexibility of some modern broker platforms to select lots to sell, it would also be a mistake to assume that there might suddenly be a large wall representing an averaged down pps and try to use any chart nonsense to guess where that might be.

The bottom line is anything can happen at any time - watch Level 2 and trade accordingly.
