It's worth it because some people alter comments from the company to misrepresent. Or misrepresent with falsities. I'm sure we all see examples of it. I believe that saying bad things about a company over and over to alter market prices counts as well. I'm sending along anything that seems shady to me. We need to protect our investment and it's such an easy thing to do. SEC doesn't play around.
