Stock Dok Tweet: Clearly a warning to posters on iHub and Twitter who kept bringing up his past in a way intended to affect sell / buy decisions of DIDG shares and those who continue to mention it in relation to future trading and prospects of DIDG.

"Ok let's be straight. I'm A Registered Sex Offender. Told the story why. Further postings are intimidation attempts"

"The information in the Sex Offender Registries is provided only for the purpose of protecting the public. It is not to be used for the purpose of harassing or intimidating anyone. A person who uses registry information to commit a criminal act against another person is subject to arrest and prosecution under section 18-8326 or 18-8413, Idaho Code."

Those who followed events yesterday - or want to catch up on posts below - will be aware of the potential consequences to anyone who sought to influence trading by misuse of the registries (intended primarily to inform nearby residents in a neighborhood) or who used the information to intimidate another person.

As I pointed out yesterday, it is also a Federal crime to harass people over the phone or internet across state lines.

Of course, Gary Andrew, President of Future Intermountain Orient, had know Stock Dok since he was about 15 (mentioned by him in first Periscope) and Stock Dok was an employee there - so he knew the background and it has no bearing on the matter at hand.

So, possibly a few more stories to play out in that area too.

"Per Ardua Ad Astra" - "Through Adversity To The Stars"

A very apposite motto for those who trade successfully in the OTC market..

All posts are my opinion - trade at your own risk.
