Question for the Board:
Does anyone know how many shares KBM is claiming HJOE owes them? This information would be nice to know. We were told in a HJOE PR that all of the principle for all toxic loans have been paid back. I assume the liquidated damages are accruing daily but I don't know the exact amount.
Just say they settled with KBM and gave them 50 million shares which I believe would be in the best interest of shareholders at this point. The sooner this is put behind us the better. It is not in the best interest of shareholders to drag this out due to emotions or a personal vendetta.
If they communicated to shareholders exactly what was happening and when the 50 million shares would convert, I promise you the 50 million shares would be scooped up so fast by 4 or 5 members of this board ME being one of them.
After the shares convert, File and then the PIG ROAST will finally happen.
If we are talking about 500 million shares then the story is different but please communicate this to shareholders.
Even if it is 100 million shares, I think we could find the support just from this board to absorb the 100 million shares. I will commit to 20 million at these prices. Dragging this thing out for another year is NOT in the best interest of shareholders!
