Well the announcement that Antonio Uccello is not going to be the President of both INCC and the new SJR company pulls the rug from under the bashers posting nonsense elsewhere who never understood the purpose of setting up the new company and tried to perpetuate their line that it was a further reincarnation of INCC.
SJR was always going to be a completely different ticker with a new history and no debt, with a new product line that would produce sufficient revenue to survive or not in due course.
I anticipate that INCC will continue with existing projects - when feasible - and any new ones that emerge.
In the meantime, it's a win to get free shares in a new company which might prove successful and will, over time, have a pps that the market feels it deserves.
So really not much potential downside at current INCC pps of .0003.
