People often retain the Mod position there when they have sold - and told everyone so - but stay around posting for days>years afterwards. In the meantime, the stock is quite happily trading without them !
The investing world does not revolve around iHub. As you rightly state, many traders don't post on any board at all - as is evident comparing number of shareholders of record and trading volume against posts.
The TOS are much more stringent here - almost every single one of that individuals posts would have been deleted here.
